Tariffs for the Provision of Clearing Services and Other Related Services in the Conduct of Clearing Activities by International Trading System Limited (become effective since June 27, 2024)

Tariffs apply subject to the following provisions:              

• In order to calculate fees ITS defines the List of small-cap company securities (Qualified Investments).
• The List of small-cap company securities (Qualified Investments) is determined by ITS monthly and includes securities (Qualified Investments) belonging to the «US Market Securities» Instrument Group for which the average closing price for the last five Trading days before the date of its determination was less than 10 US dollars. ITS is entitled to carry out an extraordinary revision of the List of small-cap company securities (Qualified Investments) and the inclusion of securities (Qualified Investments) if the closing price of such securities (Qualified Investments) was less than 5 US dollars. The specified List is published on ITS Website.
