ITS Business Model
ITS acts as a global pre-market for US stock exchanges. Within a few morning hours, ITS is the world's only center for pricing and liquidity across 1,600 international companies, with the liquidity comparable to US pre-market. Using the Smart Order Routing (SOR) technology, ITS provides access to several foreign liquidity pools and ensures quotes similar to primary listing exchanges. On ITS, the best execution principle is based on the NBBO (National Best Bid and Offer) indicator. NBBO is a US term for the best bid and best offer for such security that are calculated and disseminated on a current and continuing basis by a plan processor pursuant to an effective national market system plan. Thus, ITS offers investors the best price among several liquidity pools.
