ITS Business rules (become effective since June 27, 2024) |
- In compliance with clause 16.15. of the Business Rules, the following Agreement conclusion procedure applies from 07 June, 2023:
- Agreements based on the Orders that specify the Qualified Investments included in HKEX Market Securities Instrument Group, as well as the following Qualified Investments included in US Market Securities Instrument Group are concluded based on the principle of proportionate conclusion of Agreements in accordance with clause 16.16. of the Business Rules;
- Agreements based on the Orders that specify the Qualified Investments included in US Market Securities Instrument Group, except for the following Qualified Investments, are concluded based on the principle of parity conclusion of Agreements in accordance with clause 16.17. of the Business Rules;
