Business Rules apply subject to the following provisions

- In compliance with clause 16.15. of the Business Rules, the following Agreement conclusion procedure applies from 07 June, 2023:

Agreements based on the Orders that specify the Qualified Investments included in HKEX Market Securities Instrument Group, as well as the following Qualified Investments included in US Market Securities Instrument Group are concluded based on the principle of proportionate conclusion of Agreements in accordance with clause 16.16. of the Business Rules;
Agreements based on the Orders that specify the Qualified Investments included in US Market Securities Instrument Group, except for the following Qualified Investments, are concluded based on the principle of parity conclusion of Agreements in accordance with clause 16.17. of the Business Rules;

Tariffs for the Provision of Clearing Services and Other Related Services in Connection with the Clearing Activities of International Trading System Limited ("ITS Ltd.") on the financial instruments market (become effective since December 11, 2025) Tariffs apply subject to the following provisions: In order to calculate fees ITS defines the List of "Low-Priced Securities". The List of "Low-Priced Securities" is determined by ITS monthly and includes securities belonging to the «US Market Securities Instrument Group» and "US Market ETFs Instrument Group" for which the average closing price for the last five Trading days before the date of its determination was less than 10 US dollars. ITS is entitled to carry out an extraordinary revision of the List of "Low-Priced Securities" and the inclusion of securities if the closing price of such securities was less than 5 US dollars. The specified List is published on ITS Website. To support the expansion of the client base and facilitate a seamless transition for trading participants into the ITS infrastructure, ITS has introduced a marketing period effective until January 31, 2026. During this period, fees specified in Paragraph 5 ("Other Tariffs"), Clauses 1, 2, and 3 will not be applied or charged. This exemption applies to all existing and future clients.
