On lifting the ban on submitting Orders and removing restrictions on concluding Agreements in respect of MicroStrategy Incorporated Class A ordinary shares (MSTR)

In view of the completed corporate actions in respect of MicroStrategy Incorporated Class A ordinary shares (ISIN US5949724083, MSTR) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that effective 19:00 Astana time on 09.08.2024 the ban on submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders established earlier in relation to the Qualified Investments are lifted, as well as restrictions on conclusion of Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such orders are removed.

Starting from 19:00 Astana time on 09.08.2024 Orders may be submitted in respect of the Qualified Investments and Agreements based on such orders may be concluded in all Trading Modes.
