On establishing a ban on submitting Orders and restricting ability to conclude Agreements in respect of depositary receipt of The Bank of New York Mellon representing ordinary share of Natura &Co Holding S.A. (NTCO)

In view of the expected termination of trading in relation to depositary receipt of The Bank of New York Mellon representing ordinary share of Natura &Co Holding S.A. (ISIN US63884N1081, NTCO) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that effective on 01.02.2024 submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders in relation to the Qualified Investments is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in Negotiated Transaction Mode and “Negotiated Repurchase with the Central Counterparty” Trading Mode.

The specified bans on submission of Orders and restrictions on ability to conclude Agreements shall not be applied to submission of Orders and conclusion of Agreements by the Central Counterparty acting in accordance with clause 11.8 of the Business Rules of ITS Ltd.
