On lifting the ban on submitting Orders and removing restrictions on concluding Agreements in respect of ordinary shares of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY)

In view of the completed corporate action in respect of ordinary shares of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (ISIN US0640581007, BNY) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that starting from 14:00 Astana time effective as 26.05.2026 the ban on submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders established earlier in relation to the Qualified Investments is lifted, as well as restrictions on conclusion of Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such orders are removed.

Starting from 14:00 Astana time effective as 26.05.2026 Orders may be submitted in respect of the Qualified Investments and Agreements based on such orders may be concluded in all Trading Modes.
