On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (ARC)

On August 27, 2024, ARC Document Solutions, Inc. signed a merger agreement with TechPrint Holdings, LLC under which TechPrint Holdings, LLC will acquire ARC Document Solutions, Inc. ARC Document Solutions, Inc. stockholders will receive $3.40 in cash for each share of ARC Document Solutions, Inc. that they own if transaction is approved by stockholders on the special meeting of stockholders to be held on November 21, 2024.
