On establishing a ban on submitting Orders and restricting ability to conclude Agreements in respect of Class A ordinary shares of Confluent, Inc. (CFLT)

In view of the corporate action expected in relation to Class A ordinary shares of Confluent, Inc. (ISIN US20717M1036, CFLT) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that starting from 13:45 Astana time effective as 17.03.2026 submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders in relation to the Qualified Investments is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in all Trading Modes.

The specified bans on submission of Orders and restrictions on ability to conclude Agreements shall not be applied to submission of Orders and conclusion of Agreements by the Central Counterparty acting in accordance with clause 11.8 of the Business Rules of ITS Ltd.
