On the forthcoming delisting of ordinary shares of Talis Biomedical Corporation (TLIS)

Information regarding the QI's status on the foreign stock exchange

The International Trading System Limited (hereinafter – ITS) hereby informs on the forthcoming delisting of ordinary shares of Talis Biomedical Corporation (TLIS) (hereinafter – QI) from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (hereinafter - Nasdaq).

On September 20, 2024 Nasdaq filed Form 25-NSE with the SEC to remove TLIS common stock from listing and registration on Nasdaq, following a voluntary petition by the Talis Biomedical Corporation to commerce bankruptcy proceedings.

Information regarding the actions taken by ITS Ltd.

ITS has established that delisting of the QI from Nasdaq constitutes a breach of ITS Regulations on admitting financial Instruments to Trading and, in view of the inability to regain compliance by Talis Biomedical Corporation, made a decision to terminate trading in the QI effective October 25, 2024.
