On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Infinera Corporation (INFN)

On June 27, 2024, Infinera Corporation signed a merger agreement with Nokia Corporation under which Nokia Corporation will acquire Infinera Corporation. Infinera Corporation stockholders by default will have the right to receive $6.65 in cash per share of Infinera Corporation that they own if transaction is approved by stockholders on the special meeting of stockholders to be held on October 1, 2024.
