On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Bunge Limited (BG)

On August 07, 2023, Bunge Limited announced details of the redomestication that would change the place of incorporation of Bunge Group from Bermuda to Switzerland. Upon consummation of the redomestication, ordinary shares of Bunge Limited will be converted into ordinary shares of a new parent company Bunge Global SA on a one-for-one basis.
