On establishing a ban on submitting Orders and restricting ability to conclude Agreements in respect of Class A ordinary shares of Vmware, Inc. (VMW)

In view of the corporate action expected in relation to Class A ordinary shares of Vmware, Inc. (ISIN US9285634021, VMW) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that effective on 20.10.2023 submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders in relation to the Qualified Investments is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in all trading modes.

The specified bans on submission of Orders and restrictions on ability to conclude Agreements shall not be applied to submission of Orders and conclusion of Agreements by the Central Counterparty acting in accordance with clause 11.8 of the Business Rules of ITS Ltd.
