On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Apartment Income McGrath RentCorp (MGRC)

On January 29, 2024, McGrath RentCorp signed a merger agreement with WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. under which WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. will acquire McGrath RentCorp. McGrath shareholders will receive for each of their shares either $123.00 in cash or 2.8211 shares of WillScot Mobile Mini common stock if transaction is approved by stockholders on the special meeting of stockholders to be held on July 11, 2024.
