On the specifics of trading of Class A ordinary shares of CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV)

Herewith ITS Ltd. informs that in respect of Class A ordinary shares of CoreWeave, Inc. (ISIN US21873S1087, CRWV) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments) effective on 28.03.2025 starting from 14:15 Astana time until the end of the trading day submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in all Trading Modes.

The specified bans on submission of Orders and restrictions on ability to conclude Agreements shall not be applied to submission of Orders and conclusion of Agreements by the Central Counterparty acting in accordance with clause 11.8 of the Business Rules of ITS Ltd.

Starting from March 31, 2025 Orders may be submitted in respect of the Qualified Investments and Agreements based on such orders may be concluded in all Trading Modes including submission of Orders containing the Instruction specified in clause 15.11.1 of the ITS Business Rules (Combine only with Additional Liquidity Orders).
