On a corporate action affecting Class A ordinary shares of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. (SOI)

On August 30, 2024, shareholders of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. approved a merger agreement with Mobile Energy Rentals LLC under which Solaris will acquire Mobile Energy Rentals LLC. The name of the Company will be changed to Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. and ticker will be changed to “SEI”. Solaris anticipates the transaction to close in September 2024.
