On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of R1 RCM Inc. (RCM)

On July 31, 2024, R1 RCM Inc. signed a merger agreement with Raven Acquisition Holdings, LLC under which Raven Acquisition Holdings, LLC will acquire R1 RCM Inc. R1 RCM Inc. stockholders will receive $14.30 in cash for each share of R1 RCM Inc. that they own if transaction is approved by stockholders on the special meeting of stockholders to be held on November 14, 2024.
