On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Pactiv Evergreen Inc. (PTVE)

On December 9, 2024, Pactiv Evergreen Inc. entered into a merger agreement under which it will be acquired by Novolex Holdings, LLC. Pactiv Evergreen Inc. stockholders will receive $18 in cash for each share of Pactiv Evergreen Inc. that they own. Transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
