On lifting the ban on submitting Orders and removing restrictions on concluding Agreements in respect of ordinary shares of Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation (CMCT)

In view of the completed corporate action in respect of ordinary shares of Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation (ISIN US1255255275, CMCT) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that effective 13.01.2025 the ban on submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders established earlier in relation to the Qualified Investments is lifted, as well as restrictions on conclusion of Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such orders are removed.

Starting from 13.01.2025 Orders may be submitted in respect of the Qualified Investments and Agreements based on such orders may be concluded in all Trading Modes.
