On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Atrion Corporation (ATRI)

On May 28, 2024, Atrion Corporation signed a merger agreement with Nordson Corporation under which Nordson Corporation will acquire Atrion Corporation. Atrion Corporation stockholders will receive $460 in cash for each share they own.
