On establishing a ban on submitting Orders and restricting ability to conclude Agreements in respect of shares of IGV, IYT, SOXX

In view of the corporate actions expected in relation to share of exchange-traded investment fund iShares Expanded Tech-Software Sector ETF (ISIN US4642875151, IGV), share of exchange-traded investment fund iShares U.S. Transportation ETF (ISIN US4642871929, IYT) and share of exchange-traded investment fund iShares Semiconductor ETF (ISIN US4642875235, SOXX) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments), herewith ITS Ltd. informs that effective on 01.03.2024 submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders in relation to the Qualified Investments is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in all Trading Modes.

The specified bans on submission of Orders and restrictions on ability to conclude Agreements shall not be applied to submission of Orders and conclusion of Agreements by the Central Counterparty acting in accordance with clause 11.8 of the Business Rules of ITS Ltd.
