On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Berry Global Group, Inc. (BERY)

On November 19, 2024, Berry Global Group, Inc. entered into a merger agreement under which it will be acquired by Amcor plc. Berry Global Group, Inc. shareholders will receive 7.25 shares of Amcor plc for each share of Berry Global Group, Inc. that they own. Transaction is expected to close in the middle of 2025 if it is approved by shareholders on the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders to be held on February 25, 2025.
