On establishing a ban on submitting Orders and restricting ability to conclude Agreements in respect of ordinary shares of Elme Communities (ELME)

Herewith ITS Ltd. informs that starting from 26.09.2025 submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders in respect of ordinary shares of Elme Communities (ISIN US9396531017, ELME) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments) is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in all Trading Modes.

Starting from 19:30 Astana time 25.09.2025 submission of Orders and Repurchase Orders in respect of ordinary shares of Wolfspeed, Inc. (ISIN US9778521024, WOLF) (hereinafter the Qualified Investments) is prohibited and ability to conclude Agreements and Repurchase Agreements based on such Orders is restricted in all Trading Modes.

The specified bans on submission of Orders and restrictions on ability to conclude Agreements shall not be applied to submission of Orders and conclusion of Agreements by the Central Counterparty acting in accordance with clause 11.8 of the Business Rules of ITS Ltd.
