On a corporate action affecting Class A ordinary shares of Informatica Inc. (INFA)

On May 26, 2025, Informatica Inc. entered into a merger agreement under which Salesforce, Inc. will acquire Informatica Inc. Informatica Inc. stockholders will receive $25.00 in cash for each share of Informatica Inc. that they own. Transaction was closed on November 18, 2025.
