On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Berry Global Group, Inc. (BERY)

On February 7, 2024, Berry Global Group, Inc. announced a spin-off and a merger of its Health, Hygiene and Specialties segment with Glatfelter Corporation, to create a new company. Transactions are expected to close in the second half of calendar 2024. The number of shares of the new company to be distributed to the Berry Global Group, Inc. shareholders will be determined closer to the closing date of the transactions.
