On a corporate action affecting ordinary shares of Pioneer Natural Resources Company (PXD)

On October 10, 2023, Pioneer Natural Resources Company signed a merger agreement with Exxon Mobil Corporation under which Exxon Mobil Corporation will acquire Pioneer Natural Resources Company. Pioneer Natural Resources Company shareholders will receive 2.3234 shares of Exxon Mobil Corporation for each Pioneer share they own. The merger is anticipated to close in the first half of 2024.
