In February, investors also showed strong interest in one of ITS's unique offerings – access to trading in shares of companies at the pre-IPO stage. The platform regularly provides clients with an opportunity to enter a position before the official start of trading on the NYSE and Nasdaq.
Royal Pure Gold, a broker from Kyrgyzstan, joined ITS as the 19th professional market participant on the platform. In addition, ITS reached the final stage of onboarding another broker from Armenia, expanding the platform's presence across Central Asia and the South Caucasus.
In February, ITS also carried out its regular rebalancing of the flagship ITS World index, which includes shares of 50 leading companies worldwide. The number of Kazakhstan issuers in the index increased from two to five – the index added shares of Freedom Holding Corp. (FRHC), Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (HSBK) and Kazatomprom (KAP).
