Based on the assumption that this non-compliance can be resolved, ITS Ltd. has determined to grant a grace period until 02.11.2024, and to maintain admission of the affected qualified investments to trading on ITS Ltd. during the grace period.
Despite the grace period provided by ITS Ltd., if these qualified investments are delisted by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) due to the company's failure to cure the breach of its information disclosure obligations on HKEX, such delisting will constitute a breach of the ITS Ltd. Regulations on admitting financial instruments to trading and result in termination of trading in these qualified investments on ITS Ltd.
